CARBIROD™ Tungsten Carbide Brazing Rods are engineered to deliver exceptional wear resistance and cutting efficiency for various applications. Manufactured in the USA by Cronimet Specialty Metals, CARBIRODS™ use premium carbide grit (CARBIGRIT™) in a Nickel Bronze Alloy Matrix, available in both bare and flux-coated options. The rods are 18 inches in length (with select grades available at 14 inches) and feature a carbide-to-matrix ratio of 65/35. They are designed for use with an Oxy-Acetylene torch on clean steel surfaces, making them ideal for applications needing durable wear protection or enhanced cutting ability.
