Instructions:
  • Apply to frog.
  • Make sure the pad does not protrude past the apex of the frog.
  • The Lily Pad can be cut and shaped to accommodate almost any size foot.
  • Apply even, direct pressure to frog.
  • Starting two inch elastic on around heel of pad, tape pad on securely with back and forth motion across the bottom of foot.
  • Keep tape off coronary bands.
