  • Off-Center Products: Manufactured using drop forging techniques in the USA.
  • Durable construction: Features heat-treated S7 tool steel dies for enhanced longevity.
  • Mild steel spring: Provides flexibility and resilience during operation.

Important Notes:
  • The clapper dies are heat-treated after forging and welded to a mild steel spring.
  • Weld wire used is high tensile strength, specifically designed for dissimilar materials.
  • The weld is a stress point, which may fracture due to uneven blows during use.
  • Replacement is limited to cases where the dies themselves fail after reasonable use.
  • Safety warning: DO NOT USE hands to hold material under a power hammer.
